"FailSafe" Update

DO NOT UPGRADE IF you have Windows XP or 2000. "Failsafe" is a DOS based program and WILL NOT work on these operating systems no matter what you do!

This DOS "FailSafe" program has been discontinued and is no longer available for sale. These free updates are only available on this web site via download.

This update should only be used to update "Failsafe" programs whose last five digits of there serial number are 20250 or less. If you have a program whose serial number is higher than this, DO NOT INSTALL THIS UPDATE, it will be older that the copy you currently have.
An example of a "FailSafe" serial number is FS-012345-12345, the red is the number you need to include in the form below. Older "FailSafe" software may only have a 5 digit serial number.

Failsafe Update Procedure:
UpdateF.exe is an compressed archive that includes three files used to update the Failsafe program.

1. Copy UpdateF.exe to a temporary directory.

2. Run the program to expand its contents.

3. Copy Dateblak.pcx, Datenote.pcx, and Erptmenu.exe to the Obrien folder containing the Failsafe program to complete the Update. When advised that Erptmenu.exe already exists, indicate that you want to overwrite it.

Note
If you get a "FrontPage" Error when you hit the "Submit Form" button, you may be using too old of a "Browser" that will not allow you to download "*.exe" files, or you may have your current browser set up to not allow them to be downloaded.
In either case, update to a current "Browser", change your allowed conditions in your existing "Browser".
